Active search
The APC Group provides buy-side advisory services and business transfer
project management services including:

to a larger national pool of good businesses for sale, a majority
of which are never publicly advertised
- Financial recasting
- Valuations, providing an objective assessment of the fairness
of the pricing of potential target companies
- Assistance with negotiations
- Market analysis and research
- Developing business plans
- Projections and financial modeling
- Acquisition financing and loan packaging

For buyers requiring a targeted search, our business transfer
services are billed with a combination of an engagement fee and
a success fee paid upon completion of the transaction. Fees are
quoted and guaranteed in writing prior to commencement of work.
Buyer database listing
The APC Group also offers a passive option to prospective buyers
in terms of which a buyer can opt to merely be placed on our buyer
database at no cost. Information supplied via our Buyer Profile
Form is entered into our database and the BBN MLS database. Businesses
that come on the market either through our office or the offices
of any of the BBN affiliates could present matches.
To facilitate effective service, the APC Group requires that all
buyers complete a Personal Profile and submit a financial statement.
In certain circumstances a resume of work experience will be required.
