APC Group is
very aware of the importance of confidentiality on the part of both
buyers and sellers in the business transfer process, and as such
the confidentiality of the business, business owner, and the buyer
are all strictly maintained.
We do not disclose names of individuals or businesses, or any other
information from which inferences about identity could be made in
any of our marketing materials.
In order for a buyer to obtain a full profile of a business, a
personal or corporate financial statement must be presented. When
proof of financial competence to meet the down-payment requirement
is provided, and a comprehensive Confidentiality Agreement is signed,
and explicit seller consent is obtained, all relevant information
concerning the business is placed at the disposal of the buyer.
Information provided typically includes financial statements, tax
returns, equipment lists, discretionary cash flow statements, and
other documents that may be applicable.
